Every hat is embroidered to order, then shipped to you. Here's exactly what to expect.
Made to order
We don't hold inventory — each hat is embroidered just for you when you order, by our print-and-embroidery partner (Printful). That keeps the catalog huge and the quality consistent, and it means there's a short production step before your hat ships.
Delivery timeline
Delivery time includes both the embroidery production step and transit. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order ships.
International orders ship Standard. Express is US addresses only and requires a phone number for the carrier.
Shipping cost & area
Shipping is charged once per order regardless of hat count (all hats ship together). We ship worldwide — international orders use Standard shipping.
Wrong address?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email support@stocktickerhats.com right away — if the order hasn't entered production we can usually fix it. See also Returns & Refunds.
